Res=print size question?

    How big can I print a decent pic about 1 meg Rez. ??

    ummm probably 3x5 - maybe 4x6.

    8x10 no problem,

    1 meg equals 3mp Jpg image, I print my daughters files (froma 3mp camera and fine JPG large are about 1MB in size, and she gets nice decent 8x10 shots.
     
  4. As you can see there are some variables.
    Can you tell us the files pixel dimensions as that is where the answer lies.

    It also is about the camera - if you are talking about a camera-phone then 4x6 in my experience, if a camera you should get 10x8.
    Remember though that a photographer normally looks at his/her photograph technically whilst Joe Public looks at content and will ignore grain etc if it brings them back happy memories.
