I have bought the Ricoh GR III and been using it for a week.

It is too early to give definitive judgment, but the picture quality is really good and the new lens is sharp.
However, the battery performance does not seem to be so good.
It is so small that I can almost always have it with me.

Some pictures from the first week with it.

Hello Daniel. We are over a year on since your last post. Just wondering how you feel now about the GRIII. I have been tempted but because of sight issues I would need a viewfinder. As far as I can tell, the OVF they sell would only help as an aiming tool and not indicate that a target is in focus. Is that correct, would you know?

Its the camera that almost always are with me. I like it alot great iq but as you know no VF. In harsh light thats not great. I had the ovf to my first gr but rarley used it because it maked it bulkier. And the ovf is just for framing. But its much more a camera than a phone.
