Great tones, focus, sharpness! Was this with the 70-200 VR? Any flash?

    Thanks humphrey
    Thanks Taylor
This was the 70-200 @ 2.8. No flash. Perfect light that day. Almost complete overcast of very light clouds. Almost no wind to blow little stuff around and make fuzzies. Fun day.
  5. Excellent shot! The conversion is great too!
  6. Well done and good conversion.
  7. I don't care. I still say the 70-200 isn't sharp at 2.8:biggrin:

    Great shot.

I too think this is a very good shot. What would make it great for me would be not having that out of focus distraction of the microphone boom coming right into the viewer. I can accept those things when they are to the side, but this one comes right out of the chin and thus I cannot ignore it.

    Thanks Steve and Alex,
Gordon, I REALLY appreciate your nod of approval because you have been enormously helpful over the last few months of this learning curve
Walter, I agree that the image would be better without the boom, but it is not a deal breaker for me. Thank you for your contructive comments. This is how we get better.
