thats a sharp copy... ive never heard of this brand... so this means that this is a manual focus lens that does not meter on my D90 right?

It will work on a D90 in M mode, but you will have to guess at the exposure and look at the histogram. If you know how to use the histogram, then it should be no problem and will take I little more time.
I've been using a Nikkor 55/3.5 AI for a week or so, and I find I'm getting the exposure right manually like this about as often as I do trying to second-guess the D-90 meter with an AF-S lens.

Heh. Yes, you do get used to it. (That's how I shoot almost all my photos).
