I have noticed a tiny amount of tensioning creep, identified by movement of the nodal slide bubble level, when tightening the main lock knob of the BH-55. However, if you first level the panning clamp and nodal slide, then set the drag set knob to its highest level (9) and THEN tighten the Main lock knob, absolutely no creep is observed. The small amount of creep (bubble was offset within the central target) had a minor impact on my 360 panos.
