RIP Big Man ....
a fantastic sax man and he and the rest of the E Street Band really changed rock & roll ...
I remember watching them at a concert during the Darkness on the Edge of Town tour and it's still the best concert I've ever seen ... 3 hrs. and never once used the seat ....
For me Jungleland is still my favorite E Street song and his soaring sax solo was a major reason ...
He will be sorely missed and never replaced .....

That's really sad news. I was a fan of the Boss and the band since I was young. I was in high school when the "Born in the USA" album was released, and I was hooked.

And I didn't know the Big Man was recovering from knee replacement surgery when they rocked the Super Bowl halftime show a couple years ago - which was, by far, the best halftime show I've ever seen.
