  1. A small part of the cliffs at Farndon, on the east bank of the River Dee which is the border between Wales and England.


    The cliff is protected as a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest). I had to look up the geology: apparently it's a Triassic formation called the Chester pebble bed.
    I think it makes quite a pretty snap (D200 & 300mm f/4).
