Seeking tips for shooting drag races

    Hello all. I'm heading to the speedway this weekend, but I've never shot cars before - jets and other aircraft, yes, but never cars.

    I assume that the best place to try to shoot from would be near the starting line...But do any of you have some lessons learned that you'd like to share from your experiences shooting drag races?

    The equipment available to me is listed below in my sig.
