Sepulveda Wildlife

Discussion in 'Birds' started by helmet155, Nov 14, 2005.

  1. More from the Sepulveda meet yesterday. My flight shots weren't too impressive - everyone was too far away.

Came away with a lot of nice static moments with our aquatic waterfowl friends ;)

Still looking into why EXIF data is showing 1600mm as the focal length for my setup...I do not use Nikon Transfer so maybe that is why.

I love mallards, that green just is meant for a dSLR sensor

Red Tail just wanted peace and quiet, but 4 photogs were really on his case so he would not cooperate...

First time shooting Coots for me, I really like the detail and the water droplets on his back...

NOT a good image, but I love cormorants...hard to beat when they are the Navy SEALs of the bird world!

    Critiques as always are welcome

    Thanks for looking

Very nice series Brett. I like them all, but the flipping Cormorant is my favorite.
