Here is the set up we are replicating across our households:
iPhone connected to MacBook (could be any other laptop) through USB and using NeuralCam app on the phone, drivers on the laptop.
Laptop connected to TV with HDMI.
Zoom running in single display mode (dual
Display possible).
Ethernet cable from laptop to router.
Audio out to Samsung TV via HDMI.
Audio in on MBP.
Note:
Some use airplay to TV instead of HDMI.
Some use WiFi to router instead of Ethernet.
HDMI seems to provide a better image and sound, I may be wrong.
Some have replaced the iPhone with Sony RX100 camera and microphone.
Lots of combinations possible.
The iPhone does a great job with lights and colour rendering.
The bigger the display the more comfortable and enjoyable the experience.
