i ink this thread is an Example of why camera manufacturers are seeing lower sales. I be if people just posed these she’s many would not be able to tell on the screen that they were phone pictures. This was very enlightening and eye opening. I fear that nikon will no survive in the long run and our camera will become more of a specialty item. for The masses this is already the case and it is shown b how good these shots are.

The lion's share of my photography this month has been posted in the Octoberfest forum. But here's one that I grabbed this morning with the camera that always seems to be nearby.

11/02/2019 Oops, I just realized that I put this image in the wrong thread!!! As one can see by the EXIF, it was shot with my RX10..... Wasn't thinking when I posted it in here -- mea culpa!!! Well, I'll leave it in here now, but will pay more attention next time......

Crazy Hair Day. I took this one after the deep fusion mode was added to my iPhone 11. Not sure if it used the deep fusion or not. This poor old doggie likes to sit on the chair back and look out the window all day. The camera capabilities of the iPhone 11 (non pro version) are impressive to me.

This is the last photo I took on my old Pixel 2XL before getting my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Did a little a Snapseed professing on it.

As we left the grocery store tonight we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. I was glad I had my cell phone with me.

Found an app I absolutely love for iPhone called Darkr.
Simulated the whole analog process. Shootings experience for medium format and large format cameras are like shooting either the real thing and it provides a negative that you need to develop and run through an enlarger.

These were all taken with a Samsung S9+ at Disneyworld Orlando, FL. They have minimal editing.

I’m not sure why the iPhone 11 pictures are not rotated correctly.

Ok, so oddly, I came back to this thread today and all the images are oriented correctly. Weird! LOL

A couple from a walk about today. I also had the Fuji X-E3 with me.

And a similar shot, but with the Fuji X-E3 and 16mm f/2.8 WR prime.

I will say that this generation is the best I've seen straight out of camera. I'm probably going to look into the iPhone 11 RAW files and see what they have to offer.
