very pretty girl and nice capture..
I find the posts a bit to overwhelming they take too much attention away from her diminutive size.
Maybe try using one post and have her hug it and leaning out may help it .

A cute girl and the expression is precious. I find the background a bit distracting but in candid situations this often is a trade-off. John, welcome to the Cafe and thanks for sharing.

I see what you mean about the wooden posts and background. It is difficult to get her to pose unless I play little games to relax her.

She's a cutie with a wonderful smile! Maybe a square crop to remove the background would be good.

  6. She's adorable!

I kinda like the wooden posts. Helps to tell a story about a young girl. I like the way it looks with an 8x10 horizontal crop. And in black and white as well. Here are the links. I will remove them if you wish.

  7. My advice:
    Keep shootin that Cutie !!!

  8. Fun shot and she doesn't look like she is intimidated by the camera at all.

Cropping out the background noise really helps. I think the b/w shot might need some contrast added. Thanks for the ideas. I'll try it in lightroom.
