Looks like it does an excellent job...!

BTW, we seem to have the same gimble...!

Was yours sold as the Beike BK-45 or the Opteka GH1 Pro brand...?

Beike BK-45, all i need , smooth and tight under $150. i would like a larger thumb screw knob though, which i will change.

Same one I got (BK-45), only paid $130 shipping included... Had to disassemble
and re-grease but now it's nice and smooth... Not a Wimberley but it didn't cost
$600 dollars either... Pretty good gimble for the price, I like mine too...

paired it with a Manfrotto legs, nice solid wildlife pod.

thats what I paid, but got extra mount plates, i have a 169mm coming plate for that 500mm.

just to mention the Kenco 1.4 and 2.0 T/C rock with the Sigma auto focus and sharp city perfect, YIPPIE!!

Unbelievable, I'm planning to get the Manfrotto legs myself soon... Good to know that they
make a good combo with that gimble, I thought they would... Also good to know about the
Kenko TC's...

Looks like you got a really nice clean copy... mine was great for reach - but didn't give me the sharpness I was hoping for... of course maybe that D7100 helps quite a bit - I was using it with a D50!

I did fine tune it, at first it was rear focusing, brought it back about to -16 i think
