For processing, I use DxO to generate jpg's and dng files. The jpg files, I keep as my colour versions.
The dng files, I import in LR and use the Silver Efex Pro2 plug-in from Nik/Google to convert to B&W.
This plug-in can also be used from Photoshop.

Great set again Bart. I really can 'see' these old sleepy places. In #1 and #5 you nicely caught the way things were built and of course #6 is familiar for all us Dutchmen!
