Good shots Mac. You sure got some funny lookin' birds there.
The secreatary looks like it can't make up its mind if its a hawk or heron.
The last one looks like something out of Looney Tunes.

Nice shots, Mike. I especially like #3. The last one looks like some kind of stork but I don't think its native to North America.

All great shots Mike. Can you say s h a r p ! and beautifully exposed! Who sez the D2x doesnt have good dynamic range :wink:

Thanks Keith I am really starting to enjoy the features that the D2X has it is a fantastic camera.

I ebelive it is from Africa it was in the African exhibit it was in the same open area and the Mohr Gazelles

My favorite is Pelican photograph.
Jay that sounds great only catch is next weekend is Labor day the following I will be on a golfing trip and the next two I am documenting a wine crush for a group of guys. Maybe in October or a weekday in September
