    Yeah I love the last one too. Just wish I had got the DOF a little better.

    Great shots. The last one is awesome. I see what you mean about the DOF but it's still a great shot.

    What animal is the first pic of? :confused: 

    Were the wolves penned? The wolves we have here in the Western part of the US are pretty difficult to capture with that sort of clarity.

    The first picture is an Arctic fox(It is in the process of losing it's winter coat). The wolves were penned in (we don't have wild wolves here in Scotland). fortunately for me they were waiting for their supper and were hanging out in the one place out in the open. They are all from the highland wildlife park which is just about 7 miles south of aviemore in a little village called Kincraig.

    a very nice sets. Background, sharpness, framing are well displayed in the pictures.

    I have been delighted with these pictures, i have only been taking photos for just over a year now and when I look through my collection of photos i can really see the progress I have made. It's amazing how much you can learn even just from looking around websites such as these.

  15. I like the first fox the best - and I guess you had to be patient to get the otter (it looks like a proper European otter too). Nice work.
