Hi Phillip,

Those images are all beautiful captures. Most are species that I have never seen before, I hope that you will post some additional images in the near future. The D2X is perfoming wonderfully for you!!!

These are excellent, but the avocets shot is special to me.

I wish we had these birds on my side of the pond!

Just simply excellent series Phillip. You get as much clarity out of these long lenses as anyone, right up there with Ron Reznick and Jim Fenton. Very nicely done. Don't wait so long before posting more. 8)

WOW, Phillip! Great shots! I sure could have used that 800 yesterday when the birds were a little too far away. It's amazing that you can get that clarity hand holding that long lens!
