Discussion in 'Birds' started by Clivegriff, Nov 21, 2005.

  1. Opinions seem to be very polarised around these fellers; people seem to either love 'em or hate 'em. We have three that regularly visit our garden. Here's one...

    Clive,

I love squirrels. Always have, always will.

    Nice shot.

  4. Thanks, Ben.

I'm in the "like 'em" camp, too.

  5. Thanks Frank.

I'm with you: always have, always will

    Clive,

    Did you see 'Daylight Robbery'?

  7. No, Frank, but people who've seen my charge-out rates have often accused me of it!

It's a short movie about how this guy built a bunch of barriers and mazes, just to see how quickly some squirrels could work their way through it. It's hilarious.

  10. Nice shot now with that siad I hate it whend these guys raid my bird feeders I had one the other day rip apart a expesnive one!!!!

  11. I know what you mean, Mike.

We have some bird feeders that are (supposed to be) squirrel-proof and some that the birds have to share with the squirrels.

It's the cats that lie in wait to kill for the sake of killing that raise my hackles.

  12. I must say I like them, but one just cost me $200 because it chewed through a electrical wire to my outside lights. Even with that I still like them as long as they stay outside.
