Here are a few shots of my daughter. She just turned two on the 17th of August. The first two with date stamps are taken with my wife's Kodak. The others are with my D40 (which I'm still learning to use) and standard 18-55mm lens.

Here she is at 1yr old.

  2. She is adorable. I love the ones of her face pressed to the glass. Also the cheetos shot is really cute, too!! If you would like to learn how to use your camera better, I would suggest posting one or two photos in a post and ask for critique. There are some really kind people here with a lot of talent who can help you learn fast. The folks here have helped me learn so much.

Keep posting and welcome to the cafe. With such darling subject matter you should be able to get lots of practice.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. I like to try and research things first, but sometimes it doesn't make sense so I'm sure I'll be asking in those cases. Thanks for the comments and the welcome.
