Some real vintage bikes

  1. In Greenford, which is just to the west of London there is the London Motorcycle Museum. The place is stll very much work in progress but well worth a visit if you like to see classic vintage bikes. For more info see their web site at http://www.london-motorcycle-museum.org/

    Nicely done, Love the picture of the "Grey Ghost". Amazingly Harley was known for quiet bikes. Noise was an issue back then also.

    this place was featured on a epidsode of AMERICAN CHOPPERS back in the US...
    and the inspiration for a bike build at their shop in New York

    My oldest brother owns a The Vincent that he pampers like a baby.This while he is BMWholic.
    He allways say that his the Vincent doesnt leak.It just marks his place!:smile:
    I think indeed its the same museum visitit by the OCC Teutel fam.

    I use to own back in the 60's a BSA 650 and a Matchless 500, wish I had kept them...
