Very nice shots, Ben. Have to agree with Keith about #2. And these were with the 70-200? Wow! You're one of the few people I see with a D2Hs. How are you liking it? Pictures seem great. ;)

Nice shots Ben. The first and fifth look a little dark on my junk monitor at work. I'll have to check these out again when I get home.

I having lots of grief with 1st shot :cry: It was really a gloomy morning and I underexp it as well, don't think I can recover it, prob gonna have to cull it :cry:. Oh well there will be more. I did however give a shot at brighting up the peli shot:

I love It :lol: :lol: :lol: the Machine Gun as I like to call it is everything I'd hoped for.
I was borrowing a freinds 70-200 just to see how I like it. I do like it, but not enough reach for me and my wildlife addiction :)

Beautiful images all of them. the reflection is spectacular. Favorite images I like, are reflections.


But I must be going mad.. The last image here is the pelican.

Oh dear what to do what to do...

Good shots Ben, I really like that second one.
However, on the third shot, the back reflection doesn't look right. Did you PS out the bird, or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

Your Ok. I was actually to close with the 300 to get both birds in the frame, but really dug the reflection. So when I got to post work I cloned out the second bird whose head was cut off anyway :)
