Some Robins

    I hesitate to even post these after seeing the wonderful images posted here by Harry, Rory, Mike, Yves, Phillip, and others, but what the hay.... 8)

    Taken after pulling into the driveway yesterday after work. Just some shots to keep the juices flowing. All taken with the D2H / 300mm 2.8 + TC-20EII. Also used the SB-800 + the Better Beamer for fill.



    Nothing special, but they were relaxing.

  2. You sure are keeping that shutter release finger well conditioned! These are great and what you did is truely a worthwhile excersise. Keeps you sharp and learning all the time., Glamorous subjects and locations are not required for good photography.

    I really love Robins....Nice shots..so natural..

    Keep posting them.. I rarely get to see them. One of my favorite birds.

    Great job! Usually by the time I have a shot like this set up, the Robin has been gone for 10 minutes!
