    Hi You'll,

We didn't get too many spoonbills last year but this year has been a whole different story

    Very nice Harry,
Have several. They were a nice suprize for sure.

Seeing pink birds in the middle of all the rest :>)) Quite a sight.

Sure missed the Fresh little Snoweys though. I love to watch them.

  3. Indeed, the Rosies put on quite the show for us! These are great shots, Harry, but I've come to expect nothing less from you!

Thanks Gale. The snowy should be back now that the mowing is done.

  5. Very nice hope these guys hang in there till I get back down

Great shots, Harry. Make sure you tell those guys to stay around until I'm able to come down! The brilliant pink is really set off against the blue water. My favorite shot though is the one of the guy standing in the muck. You couldn't dream up a bird with a red eye surrounded by a yellow ring on a featherless blue head and a pink body in your worst nightmare!

    Simply amazing!

I really need to get me a 500mm... Jen and I just celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary, think I can convince her to buy me a 10 year gift 3 years early?!?!

Beautiful shots Harry, as I said in my reply in Kevin's post, I need to get over there to shoot with you all some time.

Not to worry Mike. I put velcro on the bottom of their feet. They ain't going anywhere.

  11. These are cool looking birds and you did an outstanding job on them. We do not have them in the Pacific NW unfortunately, but it is great to see them here.

    Hey Joe,

If I was King everybody would have a 500mm, spoonbills to shoot and easy access to Viera.

If you ever get down here it will be a pleasure to hook up with ya.

    Thanks for the kind words.

Thanks Jim. The spoonbills are fun to shoot and they are also a fairly easy track for flight shots.
