Some swans - using the 17-55

Discussion in 'Birds' started by Mattes, Jun 8, 2007.

  1. Hi there.

I was just taking a walk around "my" lake, only with a D200 and the 17-55/2.8. Wildlife photography is usually a telephoto job, now and then, the animals understand the photographers limitations ...

They approached by themselves - I don't like being intrusive. But it was their decision, and I put the camera down nearly on water level.

    I hope you like it.

    C&C is welcome ...

  2. They don't look like ugly ducklings to me, Nice capture particularly with that lens you have to be close.
  3. Wow, great shots, the water looks amazing and I love that perspective. I think my next purchase will be the 17-55 so doing my due diligence on it.
