    ..taken last saturday.

This was my second wedding as photographer, this time I was the "second guy".

btw: The "Pro" had a Canon 40d with 17-85 kit-lens and he used his flash all the time. :frown:

He did all the portrait stuff and the group shots, so I had enough time to do things my way.

Nice captures, but I agree with Seneca......over kill on the fish-eye.
  4. Very nice!

I love your use of the fish - I think it's gives a personal touch and makes the shots special. Besides, as you were the 2nd man, you had the opportunity to play around.

    Just my honest opinion
  5. 1. well done
    FinePix S5Pro    ---    10mm    f/7.1    1/250s    ISO 100

and the circle shots are my favorites

    3. i bet you got the best non-portrait photos.... compared to the main photog

  6. These are nice. I love the use of the fisheye. I guess it is just a matter of opinion/taste.

These are wonderful. Not sure how the other photographers shots were but I think your will stand up to anyones. Oh - and love the use of the fisheye. I think couple today want something that stand out and is not just the same static wedding shots. I think they still like those traditional ones but the candids and shots like the fisheye are fun to look back at.

    Well done.
  10. #12 and 14 get my vote. They definitely seemed to capture the mood. Nicely done. There were a few I would like to see in B&W but besides that, great job.

Excellent work, love the shallow DOF and fish use. Also great color, sharpness, white balance, and composition. Great work.
  13. Well done. I bet your photos were better than the pro's. I mean flash all the time? Really?
  14. Interesting use of lenses. Very creative. I enjoyed them very much.

Well, I don't know what the pro turned out, but your shots are creative, energetic, emotional and great fun. You did a fine job.

I've never seen the fisheye used so exquisitely at a wedding! Amazing job!
