Something odd happening in Firefox and Chrome browser when posting in threads

Using safari today. It allowed me to post one image but not a second image - Image upload button greyed out

It is now 20:21 UK time and I am about to try the Post reply button

I had to wait 20 seconds, otherwise it told me off!
