Just 2 pics I did this evening walking with Hunter. Both done with the 50mm F1.4 on the D700. Hand held, and 100% crop.

nice images Ron. Didnt realise I could do this with the 50mm 1.4 I have to dig mine out as well.
by the way. IN Australia. Winter is coming.

I, too, particularly like the first image, with the delicacy of the leaflets and the soft shadows in the background hinting at the bushes or trees coming into leaf.

Hey Rob - you didn´t tell me that you are a happy owner of a 50 1.4...:wink: which one? The D or the G?
No matter which it is, you did a great job here, specially with #1. I really like the colors and the 1.4 bokeh...
