Hi you'll,

I like starting my day by spending a few hours in the Viera Wetlands.

Recently the egrets have started gathering in the mornings

Ditto what Frank says! ;) I'm gonna have to figure out a way to get to 500mm! These shots are just killing me. Maybe because I'm so familiar with the area that I realize just how perfect that focal length really is.

Maybe we need to start a 12 step program like AA for all of us that lust after lenses. :)

Hi my name Dave Birdsong and it has been 3 weeks since I last bought a lens. But wait that was a 2x Sigma TC, does that count? :)

See I told you I don't have a problem :D

Hey Kevin,

I'll tell you that I love that lens. I can get shots now that I would have missed or I would have to spend an hour on making a careful approach to get within shooting range. I'm gonna have to bottow Trish's 1.7 TC and see how it works with that.

Don't you have a job?
Or at least have something else better to do than remind me that I have one?
Actually no. I had a job from 1961 until January, 2004. At that point I figured I had enough information and I decided that ......Work Sucks! So I stopped.

Well, I guess you've earned it

But - it took you 40 years to realize that work sucks? I've got that figured out already (but needing a job and not having one sucks more). I'm just waiting on my age to catch up with my attitude so I can retire too.
