A couple of steeplechase competitors from our local high school track and field championships. Lots of wet, tired kids by the time this was done.

Slightly larger versions and exif information back at flickr. Basic exif - D7000 and 80-200AF-D. I was lying down for the top photos; kneeling for the bottom one. Sports shooters - any comments/suggestions for improvement?

Yup, those will do the trick!! Good angle on the shot and you got the right look for the splash and their faces too. Cool! Too bad you didn't get a face plant, those are awesome. :biggrin:

I was talking with a coach about that. Apparently, you want a set of cleats that are very lightweight and porous so they shed the water quickly.
