Sunday Baseball & and a 7' fence......

Discussion in 'Sports Photography' started by Spudsbud, Apr 30, 2007.

  1. I'm tired of shooting thru the fence with the sun at my back. I "MADE" my wife get up and take this pic with my lil S3. She wouldn't sit near me or speak to me

    Great stuff, Jim.

This is what I am considering doing from now on. The game I shot this past weekend had 15' high fences, so no ladder for that one

just pull up in a cherry picker, back the truck right up. That'll show em
  5. LOL and the padding is like your own personal bean bag
  6. Now...if that thing just had a cup holder...

    Nicely done!!

It's pretty cool to see how shots are taken, almost as much fun than the final result!!

Since I also coach baseball, I always have a bucket of balls in my car.
Those 5 gallon buckets are just right for standing on to get above a fence like that one. I just dump the balls out in my trunk and head over to the best spot I can find.

What, and become a foul-ball magnet!?

Way to go Jim...and who is the rocket scientist that ordered that tall fence anyway?
  11. Way to figure this one out Jim! Love the shot, I think that's exactly the ticket. I'm going to Walmart right now to get mine.
