    No real sun again...a short glimpse and then clouds once more with a persistent foggy east wind. I did manage a few....

    A Male purple martin who was rather busy chopping leaves and bringing them to the nest..

  7. These images are really well done Jim. The Ibis is really neat in that I don't get to see any of those in my neck of the woods.

    Hi Gordon...

    They don't typically fly in and set down in front of me...they are rather spooky!

    There is a group of about a dozen that is feeding at my local stomping grounds and what I do is hide upwind of them around the little point. Somebody always stops to see them and when I get lucky...they fly in front of me when they move :) 
     
  9. I like all the photo, but #2 is the one I like the most it look like a painting of Audubon. Superb job Jim.
     
  10. Great series Jim and nice mix bag of shots!!!! All exc. shots, but the common tern is awesome...............

    I kinda liked the Least tern...they are cute, but boy are those suckers FAST!

    A 600 would have been nice for those guys..plus a TC of course!
