What did you do to the guy in #7 that he is giving you the "bird"?

i middle finger clutch too, when i dont power shift. quicker shifts due to more power further away from the pivot. simple physics. that and the bend you get on middle fingers is greater than on index fingers.

very nice shots btw.

i dont know that i would be looking over my outside shoulder mid turn though

I do that all the time.

Was Neil bored that much that he had to look that far over his outside shoulder?

Miss seeing Hopper and Hodgsen at Road America for AMA.

Nice set as usual Jason, no cobwebs from the winter here!!
I do look forward to seeing your pics. I was living next door to former racer Aaron Slight all last year - he's a real family man now!!
There seems to be a few missing in the middle though:biggrin:

Jason,
I see you're in mid season form already!
Even though these guys are darned good at what they do, I still don't think I can explain how and why they peek behind like in #6, AND while cornering too.

Wow...that first shot is awesome Jason! The only suggestion I have for you is to post more often  Your images never disappoint. BTW, is the rider in #7 giving you "the finger"?

Many thanks Rich . . The new season has just started . . I'm off to round 2 tomorrow . . another 4 days away from home . .

With regards to the finger in #7 nearly all riders use one finger, they dont have to use the clutch as much as a on a normal road bike due to quick shifters etc, that allow the rider to change gears without having to ease off the throttle, they just tap the gear lever and the engine reduces power for a split second allowing for near instant changes.
