I went out looking for the 'Supermoon' on March 19, during sunset.

I decided to go visit the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows Park and see if I could get some frames with the Unisphere & the Moon together. No luck. It never came out or I didn't wait long enough. D300 & 12-24mm lens.

Love the first one! Particularly because I misread "Supermoon" as "Superman" for a second there, and saw the plane and thought "Look! It's a bird! It's Superman!...It's a plane!"
....Sorry, I didn't get much sleep last night. But the pictures are truly fantastic. I like the fourth one, as well.

Nice Dez, really like the light on the first one.
This is out by Shea, right...or where Shea once was?
