Surf Fishing

Took a long weekend to visit the West coast of the North Island - one of the few bits of NZ I hadn't been to before. The weather was fairly rough and the West coast is well known for it's surfing beaches.

I normally shoot landscapes, but this one was too good to miss ...

That is a very nice image. It's tough shooting toward that angle of the sun and dealing with the glitter off the water. Very nicely done Doug.
