    Thanks to all your comments!

Vincent, if you use the tubes plus tc in your Sigma, you ill need to drink a couple of coffes!!
With the weigth of the combo, after a few seconds you ill start shaking!
plus, smaller the lens focal range, bigger the magnification!

    Thanks for all your comments!

I used Kenko extension tubes, they are three, 12mm, 20mm and 36mm.

They are a bit expensive, but they maintain the lens communication with the body, so it ill meter and autofocus (but you ill losse a lot of speed, with afs lens you ill lose af), i bougth them in a shop and cost me 250€..dont ask me why, but Canon version is cheaper..
Im sure you can find them in ebay cheaper!!

cool...i would like some extension tubes too! I love the sharpness of the eyes.
  14. Thanks. I'll look into this.
  15. Outstanding again. And the last shot........never seen that before.
  16. great captures ! like the detail in the spider the most!

I should of held on to my tubes when I got my tam. 90
  17. Crave, I have same tubes and macro but have not paired them yet. What is the TX adding to the combo? I know the tubes will increase magnification. Is the extender helping with lens to subject distance somehow?

If you use a tc, you gain more reach, the magnification will increase as well, but if you really want to increase the magnification the tubes will do the work!
Dont forget you will lose the a lot of ligth, and the lens will not focus to infinity!
If you use this combo, i think the proporcion ratio will be almost 3/1!
