Terra at the Awesome 3K : )

Hi Folks:

Here's Terra at the Awesome 3K. She ran with the special needs group and that was amazing and very touching. The kids were wonderful, and all in attendance were gloriously supportive. It definitely brought tears to our eyes. That's my wife running with her. Terra has an interesting gait, and dainty kind of run -- a joy to see. These were taken with the 35-70mm 2.8D. It has been on my D300 much of the time, but yes I do miss the 18mm and up range of the 18-70mm.

Thanks Paul and Patrick. I also have a nephew with Autism. Wonderful kids indeed. This was Terra's first run ever and she did so well, we are so excited for future fun runs for her. Definitely also made me want to get a better/longer lens to take shots of her and of my son in these activities.
