I have a cafe friend, who wishes to remain anonymous, who loaned me his 85 1.4, 50 1.4, and 35 2 to test out (not for purchasing just for my experience). I'm afraid that he is going to cost me a lot of money.

But, I still can't believe his generosity.

He asked me to post this here. He said that we need to help the economy by spending money.

(BTW, I'm not proud or anything, but this adorable little guy is my beautiful grandson.)

Nute, if I get it I'm going to say the Devil Made Me Do It.....You are awful at tempting people.

Dynamite shots!! It'll take a bit more spending to jumpstart the economy.
So, if you're ever in NM feel free to "borrow" my 200 f2 VR and anything else you'd like to try
and we'll get this recovery show on the road!

Well, I've still got the 35 f2 and the 50 f 1.4 to try out. I will probably by the 85 though. I've been thinking about it for a while. Just have to decide if I really want to keep the 70-200 or sell it.

Love these! Fantastic shots from a fantastic lens. I think I have 85 1.4 envy...
