Nice set Jonathan.
Yes we need to get out there.
Here's one from a Long Beach walk this morning.

Hey John, nice set in Long Beach! Haha, you're going old school with the E-M1! I think you'd like the Nikon J5. It's basically like the GM1/GM5, but with a BSI sensor and OSPDAF! It's so small and ridiculous, I don't even take myself serious shooting with it, but the image output is amazing. :D

Here's a couple from DTLA this week people snapping:

Gotta keep this thread going! I'm liking the J5 so much I'm thinking of getting a bulky rear LCD loupe viewfinder so I can use it as a viewfinder for my longer telephoto glass! The J5 1" sensor is so good and the 6.7-13mm VR is the only ultra wide compact that works with OSPDAF. My hit rate with the J5 is always on mark!

More from the Nikon J5 + 6.7-13mm VR:

Good images!
Seems strange that nikon didnt continued on this small mirrorless..
Nikon made a lot of odd decisions after the D3/D700/D300. Now they have nothing to compete in either the APS-C and 1" mirrorless front. I think they're still betting on the D5/D850/D500/D750/D7500/D3500 to hold them over, while stemming FF mirrorless switchers with the Z6/Z7. I have a feeling we'll start to see Nikon transition the F-mount lineup eventually to the Z as well.

Some new photos from last night using the Sony A7III + 7Artisans 35mm f/2 Leica M-mount lens and the Voigtlander 15mm 4.5 II on the TAP! Unfortunately I forgot to change my ISO with the 15mm lens, so all those shots are at 12800 ISO!

Check it out!
