The firebreather-Kensington festival 2006

Mar 31, 2007
Thornhill, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto
A half dozen or so Sundays during the summer, the Kensington Market district is closed to vehicular traffic for a street festival. In addition to live bands and vendors selling food, clothing and jewellery, there were performers of all kinds. This fellow was "breathing fire" by drinkingand them blowing out a mist of flammable liquid that he ignited with a flaming wand. The effect was quite wonderful, and after watching him perform the trick a few times, got this shot.
