    Aphids suck sweet juice
    Red yucca, summer's bounty !
    But the ants feast too...

    P.S. Many thanks to Regit Young for getting the Nippon Kogaku L-F tube to me so quickly from Australia (one week door-to-door!). He's a great Cafe member and a generally neat guy !

    Frank :

    Perhaps a couple of inches.

    I should have shot with a tripod, but I was so excited with the new extension tube that I just sat down on the rock and sand outside and went to town with shooting.

    What I really really like with the 55mm f/1.2 is the flat field focus...
