The Last Hour of Daylight

    I'll begin by apologizing for the fact that these are once again gulls...there simply aren't any other birds available except for those at the bird feeder currently.

    The weather was 25 degrees and windy (it's warming up to 45 Sunday and I'm going bass fishing :) and the sky color varies depending on the level of the sun as well as where the shot was taken relative to the sun (east, west, etc).

    In sequence.....a handful of shots taken this afternoon during the last hour of the day; the last one having been shot moments before the sun dipped below the horizon....

    Jim,

    Like I said before, better Gulls than nothing, and these are good Gull shots. You could be spending all your time shooting GBH's. :rolleyes:

    Hey Jim,

    Normally I don't like gull shots but those are beautiful.

    I enjoyed watching the color of the sunset in each image as it changed.
    Very good.
    Beautiful shots and gulls are beautiful birds :>))
     
  8. Nothing wrong with gulls, these are great shots. I assume your temperatures are F not C :biggrin:

    Love the colors of these and they are tack sharp come down here and lets shoot some eagles
