The Moon in my hands...

Discussion in 'Night, InfraRed, and UltraViolet Photography' started by Phyer Phyter, May 26, 2007.

  1. Well not quite but almost. Shot this tonight hand held with out a tripod. only thing I pp'd was to crop it the way you see it. Original moon was in the middle of the frame. I like this crop better.

Nice moon! Much more detail in the second post, the first works too. I like the way you cropped it, fits with the phase of the moon perfect. Cheers, Bill
  4. I like the crop too, but it looks very soft.

You did good for handheld at night!
I was out there tonight trying to get a clear shot, and finally managed a few between the gaps in the clouds.
  7. Thanks all for the kind comments. I put this image on the wall in my office at work 5X7 and get lots of comments.
