the moon seen at 100% crop through the 70-200 VR

    I love this lens.

    @ 200mm, f/8, 1/160th, ISO200
    DSC_8669.

    didn't mean to make another 70-200 thread, but I had to do this. lol

    The 80-200 f2.8 does the deed very nicely too. 200mm, f9.0, 1/250 mounted on a D200... on a tripod of course.
     
  3. Great shot. Would have liked to see more detail on the moon surface but that is difficult to get with such a "short" lens :smile:

    Sigma 80-400 with Kenko Pro DG 2x on D200 (1200 mm effective). This is about a 50% crop.
