I find theme portrait assignments to be much more difficult than just taking people pics. In this instance, my buddy Giorgio wanted a shot in front of Maggiano's ristorante to show the folks back home how much he misses them. I took some shots with the "Little Italy" signs in the background, and came up with this composition. The title was graciously provided by an Italian photographer who participates on DPR. I used the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 and the SB800 with the diffuser dome.
