There's sharp; razor sharp & then the 300/2.8...

    ...well actually I think the AF-S 300 f/2.8 probably comes somewhere right after "insanely sharp" and "sharp as a gnat's rear end"...:biggrin:

    I've never shot go-karts before, but it sounded like fun, (plus the $$$ was too good to pass up :wink:)  so I took the job. The final races are tomorrow and I'll toss a few more up in the Sports forum.

  2. Nice looking action shots, Ray. The pics are tack sharp.

    That looks like it would be a lot of fun to kart race. I'm sure a bunch of bumping and grinding going on.

    What were your settings on these? That is super sharp!

    Thanks Peter and Tiarra.

    The settings were:

    1. EXIF Summary: 1/100s f/8.0 ISO200 300mm (35mm eq:450mm)

    2. EXIF Summary: 1/250s f/10.0 ISO200 300mm (35mm eq:450mm)

    3. EXIF Summary: 1/125s f/7.1 ISO200 300mm (35mm eq:450mm)

    I really like the colors in the second one. Nice overall for all three.
