At least the image size is huge. This is a 6 image pano shot with the d850. Dang, photoshop is getting smarter, created a pano with one click- correcting for motion, etc. Image size at 300dpi is 96x18", or roughly 8.5x 1.5 feet. I have printed a few test prints of small portions of the image and it is sharp as a tack. (An 8x10 at 300dpi covers from the front of the eye to the rear of the head.) Now I just need to find a place to hang it, I need more walls.
Likely complete overkill, but it was a fun exercise.

Just for fun, here was the second one I tried, stayed in color. You can see the injuries from a recent fight along the dorsal ridge. These cameras are amazing. 70x18".

Yes that's a lot of gator. What software can do nowadays is truly amazing. My hard drive is littered with huge panos from high MP camera. One or two of them might get printed some day.
