there is also that lens front adapter that has an angled mirror inside and a hole on the side allowing you to shoot what's 90 degrees to the side.

It looks more suspicious doing it that way then just being like... "Yeah, I'm taking your picture, get over it" then snap and walk away.....

That's 2, I mean 4 reasons I want a 14-24 but I need a picture of a field of flowers to get my wife to allocate the funds! Life realy is a BEACH!!!!! GH

It's an old trick by street photographers who use wide-angle lenses. It's one i employ a lot, but sadly exaggerated in the ad by targetting scantily-clad women subjects (which I purposely avoid).

Even a 28mm standard wide-angle can be used (in fact, it's one of my favorite street lenses). Most strangers I shoot don't even know they were in the frame. By avoiding eye contact with them (before and after the shot was made), I further enhance the illusion that I did not take a picture of them. :wink:
