I think that most folks pass by and never see this town on the way to Moab. Many of us east of Moab take highway 128 into Moab because of the great scenery along that road but Thompson Springs has its allure. It is not a ghost town but parts of it are deserted and empty. Here are some images:

    Thanks for looking

  2. Interesting collection of photos, Charlie. My wife and I passed near there last month but did not venture into Thompson Springs. Maybe we'll correct that error(?) on our next visit. Or maybe not.

    I like your captions.

    Well done!

Very nice set! The area around Moab is very interesting and your images reveal that!
