    Throwing a Tantrum!!!!
  2. LOL! Seems that the parents were not amused.
  3. Funny. Great shot.
  4. Not at all, they actually ignored her after that and she calmed down.

  5. Thanks Alex

I'm sure there will not ever be another shot like it.

  7. Thank You Scott

Yes it is a rare catch for sure.
  8. How funny! Love how dignified the parents look while their offspring is throwing a hissy fit! LOL!
  9. They are cool!!!

They do communicate with each other and there is a level of understanding.

    Great catch

  13. Thanks Gale

After a few minutes she calmed down
  14. Oh Gary, this one is PRICELESS! Love it! In my opinion, I think it's POTD! Just can't get much better than that! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Thank you but what is "POTD"?
  16. PHOTO OF THE DAY it's one of those photo contest thingies - I bet you'll have people giving you all kinds of links! I used to know one but deleted it. I think you should enter one!

  17. I'm afraid to join one, I just like to share with friends. These will be put into a complete series for my kids.
  18. Oh, that's a nice thing to do for the kids! Can I be adopted?:biggrin:
  19. That's a nice photo Gary. I would think this is a good one to see the male /female thing here. Looks to me like the one to the left is larger than the one on the right and the beak looks different so I would guess this is the female.
  20. You would be right Lou, I believe the depth of the mouth is also a key. If the mouth goes to rear or eye to center of the eye=female, from the center to the front of the eye male. I have no way to absolutly confirm this but seems to be the case from pictures.
