Thunder over MI pt 1 Blue Angels at airport

Discussion in 'Transportation' started by phecksel, Jul 8, 2007.

  1. Had to break the pictures into four groups to deal with the album software. I thought I had taken 700 photos...forget about it...more like 1100!!!!!

The first edition is the Blue Angels taken at the airport on Saturday. It appears I was fighting an unknown WB issue, along with some exposure issue, even tho I was on manual exposure. Had to take the CP filter off the camera, couldn't afford to lose the stop :(

Here are some of my favs from the day

Absolutely sweet...I can feel the rumble and hear the jet engines now.

  4. Wait until you see the ones taken from the lake...those you can feel. I love the one that almost sent me into the lake, 1/2 the plane got cut off, but you'll see, LOL

  5. Very nice! Were you using the Sigma 70-300 lens for the shots?
